The project forms part of the 2026 Buwan ng Kabataan and International Youth Day Celebration, organized by the Provincial Government of Isabela through the Office of the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation and the PYDO.

According to the PYDO, Project SKooling seeks to provide youth leaders with a greater understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the Sangguniang Kabataan while developing their leadership skills and competencies in public service.

Costales joined fellow student leaders representing the College of Agriculture Student Body Organization and the Gawad Kalinga Youth Organization, both accredited student organizations of ISU-E.
